Beginning on December 1, 2023, Ski Trails will begin the process of eliminating paper parking permits.
In their place, we will deploy a year round, license plate based, digital permit solution from Pavemint Parking Systems that has been customized to meet our specific needs. Enforcement will be provided by the uniformed officers of Northstar Public Safety.
Digital permits allow us to deploy mobile phone based license plate scanners to check the validity of each car parked on Ski Trails’ property. As with last year, unauthorized vehicles will be cited and fined. Our agreement with Northstar Public Safety also opens the door to towing repeat offenders and vehicles creating safety hazard on our property.
